Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made prior to the commencement of the first session will be eligible for a full refund, less a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the first session has been utilized. Waiver and Release Agreement 3.1 Health and Medical Disclosure The Participant affirms they are in good health and able to safely participate in activities (the “Activities”) offered by the Practitioners, including one or combination of the followings: breathwork, yoga, sound bath, therapeutic touch, hypnotherapy, meditation, movement, and dance. The Participant agrees to disclose any relevant medical conditions, including but not limited to cardiovascular issues, allergies, mental health conditions, significant traumas or sensitivities to sound, essential oil, touch, and to notify the Practitioners of any changes to their health before each session. 3.2 Assumption of Risk and Acknowledgements • Voluntary Participation: The Participant acknowledges participation is voluntary and may involve physical, emotional, or psychological risks. • Not a Substitute for Medical Care: The Activities are not a substitute for medical treatment, and the Participant agrees to consult a healthcare provider as necessary. • Health Information Accuracy: The Participant confirms that all provided health information is accurate. • Emotional and Physical Reactions: The Participant acknowledges that the Practitioner’s intention is to provide service to assist the Participant for their highest good. However, the Participant also acknowledges that physical or emotional reactions, distress from memories about past events during or after participation may occur and takes responsibility for these reactions. 3. Release of Liability and Indemnification The Participant releases and holds harmless the Practitioners and all related parties from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Activities, including but not limited to personal physical or emotional injury, death, or property damage. The Participant agrees to indemnify the Practitioners for any claims arising from their participation. 4. Consent and Voluntary Agreement • Acknowledgment of Understanding: The Participant confirms understanding of the Agreement’s terms and risks and has given time to ask questions.
